David is our Account Manager for the UK and mainland Europe. He has a robust legal and compliance background and ten plus years of experience in the recruitment and IT services industry. He is very passionate about translating legal challenges into pragmatic business solutions. 

David is a former Head of Compliance for both the IN Group and Salt. In these positions he obtained first-hand experience of how businesses are affected by regulatory change and successfully implement pragmatic policies and procedures to
smoothen business operations and mitigate risk across various European countries.

David previously held the position of Commercial Contracts Manager at Allegis Group, where he was responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing strategic legal guidance on a broad portfolio of contracts.

David is fluent in both English and Dutch, with working-level proficiency in German. He holds legal qualifications across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand, and earned a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Ben Paulo is a seasoned Business Development Executive, bringing a wealth of international experience across diverse industries including technology, oil and gas, and compliance services. With a proven track record in global markets such as the UK, UAE, and Africa, Ben excels in strategic problem-solving and driving business growth.

Prior to joining Avuke Group, Ben held pivotal roles at prestigious companies like LinkedIn, Dell Technologies, Verkada and People 2.0 (formerly TCP Solutions). His expertise spans enterprise software, compliance services, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure, working with business leaders from some of the world’s leading enterprises to help solve complex business challenges.

Ben also has a strong background in compliance services, having worked for People 2.0 (formerly TCP Solutions), where he successfully grew new business relationships across multiple European countries.

Ben holds a Master of Science in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology from the University of Plymouth.
